Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Translate Genie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

License Grant

Upon purchase of a license pack, Translate Genie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on devices controlled by your organization for the duration of your active license. License packs are consumed by usage (requests and characters) and do not expire on a calendar date unless otherwise stated.

Restrictions

• You may not sublicense, sell, resell, or transfer your license to another party.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• You may not use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• You may not attempt to circumvent license validation or usage tracking mechanisms.

Translation Services

Translation is powered by Microsoft Azure AI Translator. By using Translate Genie, you acknowledge that your document text is transmitted to Microsoft for processing and that Microsoft's terms and acceptable use policies apply to that content. Translate Genie does not guarantee translation accuracy and is not liable for errors in translated output. You are responsible for reviewing translations before use in any professional, legal, or critical context.

Usage Limits

Each license pack includes a fixed number of requests and a character limit. Access to translation features ends when either limit is exhausted. Unused capacity does not roll over or expire unless otherwise specified. Translate Genie reserves the right to adjust pricing and plan structures with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Translate Genie is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Translate Genie and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current license pack.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Translate Genie after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.
